# 使用角色說明

**本系統使用角色主要分為交通部管理者、業管機關及營運業者。**

1.交通部管理者：系統最高權限管理者，審核業管機關申請之帳號，業管機關單位及其所屬營運業者資料維護。\
2.業管機關：各機關單位使用者，如：交通部公路總局、鐵道局、縣市政府…等，需審核營運業者申請之帳號，並可檢視及維護所屬營運業者資料。\
3.營運業者：各停車場的營運廠商，如：歐特儀、大日公司…等，負責維護所營運的路外停車場靜態資料。
