# 角色與功能權限

本系統是依照「[停車資料標準](https://traffic.transportdata.tw/ParkingStandard)」開發相關填報功能，
資料輸出符合標準驗證，使用功能共包括：帳號管理、停車場基本資料、停車場細部資料及場站關聯資料4大項功能，並依業管機關、營運業者角色進行系統功能權限劃分。

使用說明：\
完成帳號申請後，業管機關需先進行「[營運業者資料設定](https://motc-ptx.gitbook.io/parkingmis/gong-neng-shui-ming/ying-yun-ye-zhe-zi-liao-she-ding)」、「[停車場核心資料設定](https://motc-ptx.gitbook.io/parkingmis/de/ting-che-chang-he-xin-zi-liao-she-ding)」填寫，建立好轄下的停車場及營運廠商，營運業者才可以進行帳號申請作業，並登入系統後進行各項資料填報。

若停車場屬業管機關自行營運(無外包給營運廠商)，請於「[營運業者資料設定](https://motc-ptx.gitbook.io/parkingmis/gong-neng-shui-ming/ying-yun-ye-zhe-zi-liao-she-ding)」內填寫自己單位的資料，並於「[停車場核心資料設定](https://motc-ptx.gitbook.io/parkingmis/de/ting-che-chang-he-xin-zi-liao-she-ding)」完成填寫。
